New publication!
Led by postdoc Daniel Scholl, our lab recently published “The filamentous ultrastructure of the PopZ condensate is required for its cellular function” in Nature Structural & Molecular Biology. Using a variety of techniques like cryo-ET and single molecule FRET, we provide an understanding to the mechanisms of PopZ oligomerization, filamentation, and condensation in vitro.
